Tender Notification issued three times for the Trade Center Building in leading newspapers with SSR 2006-07 and SSR 2007-08. But there is no response from the contractors.

Now the line estimate was prepared with SSR 2009-10 by company Civil Engineer and forwarded to Structural Engineer for preparation of Structural Designs.

The structural design from Structural Engineer is received on 31-03-2010 and the same was forwarded to JNTU, Hyderabad for proof checking and further action will be taken after proof checking from JNTU.
