Industrial Estate : Industrial Estate spread over 50 Acres, established earlier to Autonagar by APIIC, caters to the needs of diverse small & medium industries like auto cylinder liners, leaf springs, auto body building, agri implements, fabrication, pesticides, herbal extracts, chemicals & engineering units. Units in Vijayawada produce 70% of Total cylinder liners produced in the Country.

Kanuru Autonagar: New Autonagar at Kanuru spread over 130 Acres acquired through APIIC with the untiring efforts and of Auto Technician's Association (ATA) members and local entrepreneurs is a long cherished dream fulfilled. The Cluster Scheme : The department of industrial policy and promotion under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Government of India, has introduced an Industrial Infrastructure Upgradiation Scheme [IIUS] for the existing cluster of industries. This scheme envisages to qualitatively develop infrastructure through public-private partnership. The Central government will provide 75% of the project cost, the State government 10% and the beneficiaries / Industry associations have to meet the remaining 15% of the project cost.
